Appendix D: Complex Flow Networks

This paper (Appendix D from Money and Sustainability: The Missing Link) presents more of the theoretical framework on which the proposed scientific approach towards sustainability used in the Report is based.
The approach used here is mathematical. It is completely based on conventional Western science, integrating thermodynamics, network theory and information theory. Click the following link to the pdf.

Dear Prof. Lietaer,
In your book you refer to an appendix D2 for a 4 dim representation of the trade-off between diversity, interconnectivity, efficiency and resiliency. However D2 does not seem to be present at this website (appendix D).
(Only the math is present).
Where can I find it?
